There are fan films, and there are fan films -- filmmakers Ian McFarland & Mike Pecci aim to release the latter with "The Dead Can’t Be Distracted," a movie inspired by and based on Greg Rucka and Marco Checchetto's acclaimed run on Marvel's "Punisher" comic.
